The agency is seeking information on intelligent document processing, workflow automation, or related technologies to support the modernization of its document-intensive business processes. The requested solution must be secure and comply with industry standards and regulations. The system must process structured, semi-structured, unstructured, partially or fully handwritten, and rotated documents. The scope of work covers handling poor quality scans, single packets containing multiple document types, emails and attachments, PDFs, images, and documents with varying layouts and formats.
