The desired software must track employee certifications, licenses, expiration dates, tenure, and out-of-field assignments, while integrating position management with payroll for salary schedule, grade, and step changes. The requested solution must support employee performance evaluations, reminders, ratings, review history, action plans, leave accruals, carryover calculations, leave history, and audit tracking. Additionally, the system needs to process multiple pay assignments per employee, pay calendars, salary schedules, and human resources integration. The agency also requires retiree hour tracking for the public education employee retirement system or public-school retirement system, alongside time or absence integration and customizable leave handling. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive implementation services, including project planning, data migration, configuration, training, and change management. The selected provider must also deliver ongoing technical support for district staff. All performance of the work will take place offsite.
