The Preservation Parks of Delaware County, located in Sunbury, Ohio, is seeking a professional technology managed service provider to deliver comprehensive information technology management services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing technology infrastructure across multiple office and park sites. The selected provider will manage general technical support, hardware and software support, cloud storage, networking, cybersecurity, basic training, and inventory documentation. The scope of work covers the onboarding of computers, printers, peripherals, and software such as Microsoft Office 365. The agency requires twenty-four-seven monitoring and maintenance of network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and routers, alongside the management of SharePoint services and user accounts. Additionally, the agency is requesting technology leadership for strategic planning, risk assessment, and the evaluation of emerging technologies to guide future migrations. The provider must assess the current data backup policies and recommend revisions to address daily, weekly, and monthly backups of cloud storage, workstations, and email. The agency also requires a comprehensive recovery plan to restore systems and data in the event of cloud-based server failures, individual computer failures, or cyber-attacks. This offsite work will span a contract period of one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
