The Charter Township of Washington, Michigan, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive information technology management services. The township requires managed physical and virtual server support, managed workstation support, and managed network security gateway services. This initiative aims to secure and maintain the township's IT infrastructure through continuous monitoring, maintenance, and technical support. The scope of work for servers includes unlimited onsite, phone, and remote control support, service availability monitoring, system and file-level backup and restore maintenance, Microsoft patch management, semi-annual onsite maintenance security, user account administration, and file sharing permission administration. For workstations, the selected vendor must provide unlimited support, Microsoft application support maintenance, online asset, trouble ticket, and license management, desktop optimization, and advanced endpoint protection including anti-ransomware, DNS filtering, and proactive threat hunting. The network security gateway scope covers inclusive remote support, content filtering, gateway threat management, antivirus, antimalware, intrusion detection systems, and intrusion prevention systems. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all required work onsite at the government authority's location in Washington Township, Michigan. The contract term will span a period of three years, and the township is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through scheduled for July 10, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. The township will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's ability to fulfill the comprehensive technical support and security requirements outlined in the scope.
