Network Support Managed Service

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide network support managed services to ensure the continuous availability, stability, and performance of its network infrastructure. The authority requires 24x7x365 proactive monitoring and rapid response to network incidents and outages to improve network reliability, scalability, and capacity planning. Additionally, the agency needs to strengthen network security controls and support compliance with applicable federal, district, and industry standards. The scope of work covers managing and supporting network security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and network components. The selected partner must apply security patches, firmware updates, and critical vulnerability remediation in a timely and controlled manner. Deliverables include network monitoring and incident management reports, as well as updated network topology diagrams and asset inventories. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to meet the specified network support, security, and monitoring requirements.
