Autoscope Vision Sensors and Comm Managers Service

The Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide Autoscope Vision sensors and communication managers service. The agency requires an integrated camera-processor sensor solution to achieve high-performance stop bar vehicle detection, pedestrian detection, bicycle detection and differentiation, advance vehicle detection up to six hundred feet from the sensor, traffic data collection, and high-definition video surveillance. This technology must concurrently satisfy these multiple transportation management objectives while utilizing Broadband-Over-Power at seventy to ninety megabits per second. The project allows for offsite performance of the work. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026. The agency has not specified additional evaluation criteria or further key dates in the initial announcement.
