Primary Care Facility Service

The City of Georgetown, Kentucky, is seeking a vendor to provide primary care facility services for its employee health plan members. The agency aims to offer free primary care medical services, free covered laboratory testing, and free covered generic medications to members utilizing a membership-based concept. To resolve access barriers, the agency requires the selected provider to offer telehealth services as an option alongside traditional in-person care. The scope of work covers the delivery of comprehensive primary care services at an offsite facility located in Georgetown, Kentucky. Licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants may serve as supplementary staff, provided they work in conjunction with and under the supervision of licensed medical doctors. The agency will fund the program through agreed-upon member services fees, ensuring the services remain entirely free of charge to the participating employees. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year for these services.
