Credible Public Health Messenger Service

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a credible public health messenger service. This initiative aims to strengthen trusted voices to deliver accurate, culturally responsive, and community-informed public health communications that reflect the realities of the populations they serve. Awardees will collaborate with an agency-supported marketing partner that provides professional design, production, and technical assistance to ensure high-quality execution. This partnership model centers community expertise and lived experience in message development, while professional marketing support enhances clarity, visual impact, consistency, and reach. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform two primary activities. First, the vendor must attend one virtual agency orientation session to review program expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Second, the vendor must complete the virtual Cornell Community Public Health Leader Training Program, review training materials, document key takeaways, and identify opportunities to apply this learning within the work. The contract period spans one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 17, 2026.
