Portable Digital Radiography Systems

The Horry County government authority located in Conway, South Carolina, is seeking portable digital radiography systems designed for law enforcement, explosive ordnance disposal, and security applications. The agency needs to solve the problem of conducting safe, high-resolution imaging during tactical and hazardous operations, including explosive ordnance response. To address this, the agency is purchasing two complete portable digital radiography systems, associated software, and necessary accessories to support operational deployment in hazardous environments. The scope of work requires systems that support both wired and wireless operation, with a wireless range of at least 400 meters line of sight and wired connections meeting or exceeding MIL-DTL-38999 standards. The requested software must feature automatic image enhancement, automatic image stitching, dual-energy organic material discrimination, image summation and averaging, and high dynamic range imaging. Additionally, the software must fully integrate with XTK software and maintain compatibility with Microsoft operating systems and mobile device platforms. The detector panels must feature weatherproof, field-ready construction with a minimum 40-inch drop rating and a minimum load capacity of 660 pounds. The systems must also support Golden Engineering X-ray sources, specifically including remote on-off functionality and battery status monitoring. Performance of the work will take place onsite in Conway, South Carolina. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
