RFI for Interactive Wayfinding Maps Solution - Sources Sought

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information to identify qualified sources capable of providing an integrated digital wayfinding solution. The agency needs to enhance the wayfinding ability of Veterans, family members, caregivers, staff, and visitors navigating its campus. This initiative aims to solve navigation challenges by providing an easy-to-read, accurate, and consistent digital experience that allows users to identify their current location, search for approved destinations, and receive route guidance to key services and departments. The requested scope of work covers a web-based interactive mapping platform and "You Are Here" wall maps in digital file format. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, hardware, software, installation, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver the solution. The system must support access from personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices, and it must include Software as a Service hosting, maintenance, and interactive digital maps detailing the campus, floor plans, destinations, entrances, parking, and route information. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding range or key procurement dates in the initial request.
