This framework must integrate with existing customs and shippers tracking platforms in participating economies. Additionally, the agency requires the acceleration of logistics and compliance operations among Panama and Pax Silica partners. This acceleration must be achieved via cryptographic cargo verification, AI-expedited risk assessment, and pre-approved expedited Fast Lane processing for project-vetted shipments by participating customs authorities. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
