The system must integrate with the university's student information system, Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, supporting automated programmatic data transfer, controlled manual uploads via structured files like Excel or CSV, or both. The scope of work covers implementation, onboarding, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support, guided by a proposed timeline and methodology. Ongoing support requirements include a dedicated account manager, regular reporting on service metrics, and strict service level commitments for order processing, error resolution, and technical support. The selected provider will handle approximately 11,000 digitally signed, tamper-proof CeDiplomas and CeCertificates annually. The agency also requires full direct shipping fulfillment services, including label production, secure packaging, quality inspection, and postage attachment. The fulfillment process must accommodate both tracked and untracked domestic shipping, international shipping, and the inclusion of university-supplied institutional inserts. The contract period will span five years, and the work will be performed entirely offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based solely in the United States.
