Belgium - RFI for cloud-based Encrypted Communications Platform

The Belgian purchasing agency is seeking a cloud-based, end-to-end encrypted communications platform to support its security and safety operations. The agency needs a solution that provides secure communications, operational coordination, emergency response capabilities, and administrative oversight for authorized personnel at headquarters and during deployed activities. This platform must support mobile, desktop, web, and embedded platforms, and the procurement includes software licenses for four hundred users. The scope of work covers the operation, maintenance, and support of the platform, including secure messaging, voice, video conferencing, and collaboration features. The agency requires backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity services to ensure platform resilience. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver twenty-four-seven technical support, incident response services, software maintenance, updates, upgrades, security patch management, and administrative monitoring and auditing capabilities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Belgium. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite.
