The system must support learning commons, advising, and library services through case management, ticketing, task progress tracking, and resource accountability. The agency requires the system to ensure compliance with federal and state reporting, which includes financial aid processing, automated calculations, and standardized reporting. Bidders must be onshore organizations based only in the United States, and they will perform all work offsite.
