Salesforce Integration Modernization Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Salesforce integration modernization services to replace multiple outdated departmental tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, and ColdFusion, which no longer meet technology, security, or operational standards. The selected vendor must design, build, and configure all Salesforce solutions in accordance with Phase 2 approved designs while applying Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles throughout the project. The scope of work requires a comprehensive assessment of thirteen legacy departmental and supporting end-user applications, along with the documentation of the current-state architecture, processes, and data landscape. The agency requires the development of a target-state architecture on the Salesforce platform, a detailed and prioritized modernization roadmap, a defined security model, and a data migration strategy. Specific deliverables include business function mapping, user base analysis, integration dependency mapping, technology risk assessments, and detailed current-state process documentation featuring swimlane diagrams and pain point analyses. The vendor must also perform data profiling, recommend application dispositions using the 6R framework, establish data cleansing rules, and build, test, and roll out the new applications. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency specifies that the performance of all work will take place offsite.
