VoIP Phone System

The Erie County Convention Center Authority in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking to install a Voice over Internet Protocol phone system and service. The agency requires eighty-five Poly brand Edge E320 IP phones, or an equivalent in quality and features, though the agency explicitly excludes Yealink brand phones. The scope of work includes providing two wall mounts for the E320 IP phones or equivalent substituted Poly brand IP phones. The requested system must allow any user to utilize a desktop phone or mobile application for calling at no additional charge. Selected users must have the ability to set up and change rapid dials and call handling. The system must feature centralized reporting of all calls regardless of the method used, such as a telephone handset, mobile application, or desktop application. The agency requires command staff to have the ability to view the call history of any onsite VoIP phone as needed. The service must include unlimited local and nationwide calling within the United States and Canada, as well as soft phone capability. The new system must integrate with the existing overhead paging system and support four-digit dialing to the existing countywide system. The provider must possess data center redundancy with instant failover capabilities and offer local after-hours support. Bidders must list all planned end-of-life or obsolescence in their response. The agency requires all software upgrades, patches, or system revisions developed to correct malfunctions to be provided at no additional cost for the full term of the contract. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place both onsite in Erie, Pennsylvania and offsite.
