Outdoor Digital Signage Installation Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide outdoor digital signage installation services. The project requires the selected vendor to produce schematic design documentation for client approval and for use in zoning variance applications, sign permitting, and compliance with state and local building codes. The selected vendor must also assist with the development of initial content that suits the sign and its purpose, as well as develop and design digital templates using the digital messaging system software. The scope of work covers the installation and set-up of an exterior digital sign, additional direction signage, and wayfinding signage services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite depending on the project requirements. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026.
