Video Management System

The agency is seeking an enterprise-class security video and incident management solution to design, furnish, configure, and support. The system must resolve the need for a scalable infrastructure featuring an enterprise management server, event server, and recording servers capable of supporting over 500 cameras. To address security and operational requirements, the solution must incorporate role-based access control, Active Directory integration, encryption in transit, evidence lock and bookmarking, and audit logs. The scope of work covers establishing an events and alarms framework equipped with maps, smart maps, prioritization, notifications, and procedures. The agency requires RESTful Configuration, Events with a WebSocket option, and Alarms APIs via an API Gateway to integrate with dispatch, computer-aided dispatch, and intrusion systems. Ongoing support requirements include twenty-four-seven critical support, firmware and driver updates, and security patches. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 10, 2026.
