Public Safety Radio Signal Products, Repairs and Services

The District in Land O' Lakes, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide public safety radio signal products, repairs, and services for Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) systems and related radio communication infrastructure on an as-needed basis throughout its facilities. The agency needs to identify radio coverage deficiencies, dead spots, and dead zones within its facilities to ensure reliable emergency responder communications. To resolve these coverage gaps, the agency requires the installation, upgrade, replacement, and repair of BDA systems and related equipment. The scope of work covers all labor, materials, equipment, software, programming, delivery, testing, and commissioning necessary to deliver complete, operational systems. Bidders must supply only new, current-model equipment, unless the agency approves alternative equipment specifically for repair purposes. The selected provider must also furnish comprehensive product specifications, warranty documentation, and all required software licenses. The agency mandates that all installations comply with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements, applicable codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, and local emergency radio system requirements. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the vendor to perform the work offsite at the vendor's own office premises.
