Hospital Television Service

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to deliver campus-wide hospital television service. The agency needs a reliable television programming solution that integrates with the existing television distribution infrastructure or an equivalent solution that minimizes disruption to patient care. The selected provider must furnish, install, maintain, and support the television programming services. The scope of work covers commercial television programming, headend equipment, programming management, and technical support. The agency also requires preventive maintenance, emergency service, and the replacement of failed provider-owned equipment. Performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
