Worker’s Compensation Third Party Administrative Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive workers' compensation third-party administrative services. This includes claims administration, a secure web-based claims management system for city personnel to review claim data, and a full suite of claims management functions. The agency requires a collaborative partner to work with internal stakeholders to improve claim outcomes, reduce duration and costs, support return-to-work initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations. The scope of work covers claim intake, investigation, reserving, medical management coordination, indemnity administration, litigation management, reporting, regulatory compliance, and claim closure. The agency requires a secure, web-based claims management system that allows authorized city personnel to review claim notes, financial activity, reserve history, payment history, and standard and ad hoc reports. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations only, meaning the organization must be based in the USA. The contract period will be for one year. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
