Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Services

The agency is seeking biomedical equipment maintenance services for its facilities in Raleigh, NC. The project covers entering, tracking, scheduling, and performing preventative maintenance on medical equipment at each facility. The vendor will also perform onsite preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibration services, and maintain a permanent file for each piece of equipment. The agency requires a monthly preventative maintenance compliance report, submitted electronically to each facility manager. Microsoft Excel is the preferred format for this report. The vendor must respond to emergencies within twenty-four hours and evaluate patient information retrieval, storage, and transmitting capabilities, as well as alarm capabilities for each medical equipment model. Representation on the monthly environment of care committee meetings is also requested. Eligibility is restricted to US organizations only. The performance of the work will be onsite.
