Parental DNA Testing Services

The agency is seeking parental DNA testing services for referred clients in Riverside, CA. The services include standard genetic parental DNA testing and motherless case DNA parentage testing. The project covers DNA parental testing through buccal swab collection by a sample collections specialist or blood draw by a certified/licensed phlebotomist when a buccal swab is not feasible. The agency requires the ability to collect samples at various locations nationwide, including correctional facilities. A reasonable turnaround time for results, not exceeding ten business days from sample collection for the alleged parent/relative and child, is expected. The agency requires an online system accessible 24/7 with protected data to ensure client confidentiality. Monthly digital reports are needed, sorted by client name, summarizing test samples collected, exclusions, incomplete tests, and sample recollections. The agency also requests training for staff on on-demand collections and provision of all necessary collection items, including testing kits, cameras, film, paperwork, and prepaid overnight shipping envelopes. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. The contract period will be for five years.
