Workers\' Compensation Service

The agency is seeking comprehensive workers' compensation program services. This includes fully insured workers' compensation coverage, third-party claims administration, excess insurance placement, medical management, loss control, and risk financing alternatives. The services must encompass all administrative, investigative, medical management, and reporting activities for efficient and compliant claims administration. The contractor will provide full-service claims administration, including receiving and acknowledging new claims, conducting investigations to determine compensability under Arkansas law, and managing medical and indemnity benefits. This also involves coordinating with medical providers for appropriate treatment and cost control, managing litigation activities, and maintaining complete claim documentation. The contractor must establish, maintain, and adjust claim reserves in accordance with industry best practices, with documented reserve authority procedures and quarterly reserve reviews. Reserve and settlement authority levels must be disclosed. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
