Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, Solid Waste and Debris Collection, Transfer, Processing and Disposal Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive services for the collection, transfer, processing, and disposal of recyclable materials, organic materials, solid waste, and debris within the city of Benicia, California. This includes collecting residential and commercial waste streams at annually adjusted, city-approved rates. The scope also encompasses operating household hazardous waste and bulky item collection programs for single-family residents. The project covers delivering all collected materials to appropriate, fully permitted facilities. Additionally, the agency requires street sweeping services. Performance of the work will occur onsite within the city service area. Eligibility for this opportunity is limited to onshore businesses located within the USA only.
