Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Program Support Service

The City of Rockville is seeking Stormwater Management (SWM) Facility Maintenance Program Support Services. The agency is a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Phase II community and must maintain stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) in functioning condition to effectively treat stormwater runoff. Functioning condition means BMPs are inspected at least every three years, receive passing scores, and do not exhibit excessive signs of deteriorating effectiveness. The project covers support services for the stormwater management facility maintenance program. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
