Secondary Pharmacy Distribution Services

The agency is seeking secondary pharmacy distribution services for oral medications, oral suspensions, and other pharmaceutical medications on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor must demonstrate product quality and sourcing transparency, ensure inventory availability with real-time visibility and access to critical stock, and provide reliable, temperature-controlled delivery with urgent order handling. Flexible ordering with low minimums and contract-free options is also required, along with responsive ordering channels and efficient issue resolution. The performance of this work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals regarding the budget. All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. The contract period will be for three years.
