Recycling Facility and Certified Redemption Centre Services

The agency is seeking recycling facility and certified redemption center services. This includes facility management, on-site public education, and management of specific programs such as scales, designated recyclables, residential used motor oil, electronic recycling, deposit beverage containers, and paint exchange. The agency also welcomes proposals for additional recycling and reuse programs. The performance of this work will be offsite, with the vendor carrying out the work on their own premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 18, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to address these needs.
