Receive, Process, and Recycle Residential Recyclable Materials Services

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive services for receiving, processing, and recycling residential recyclable materials. This includes the provision and continuous operation of weigh scale electronics and associated computer software. The contractor will also be responsible for delivering and marketing the resulting recyclable commodities. The performance of this work will occur offsite, at the vendor's office premises. The contractor will retain all proceeds from the marketing of recyclable commodities, including any applicable HI-5 processing fees. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The agency is looking for proposals to address this need.
