The agency is seeking dental supplies services for its location in Middletown, NY. The required supplies include 32 oz spray bottles, gallon bottles of Cavicide or similar liquid, dental chair barrier sleeves (27.5 in x 24 in, half chair, 225 per box), 16 oz bottles of Chlorhexidine Gluconate .12%, and disposable air water syringe tips (clear, 250 per pack, with male adaptor). Coe Pak Perio Dressing (regular set) is also requested. Performance of the work will be offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization only.
