Refuse and Recycle Services

The agency is seeking refuse and recycle services for its location in Lancaster, CA. This includes providing all labor, tools, and equipment to haul and dispose of refuse. The contractor shall ensure each container is emptied completely, picking up any spillage and leaving no refuse behind. The contractor will not be responsible for refuse not placed in containers, but small paper cartons set beside containers will be hauled at no extra cost.
