Travis County is seeking janitorial services for its entire facility. The agency requires comprehensive cleaning of all areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, playrooms, conference rooms, stairs, and stairwells. Services encompass waxing, polishing, sweeping, and cleaning furniture, walls, woodwork, ceilings, exposed pipes, insect screens, and window blinds. The scope also includes cleaning windows and glass, toilet fixtures, rugs, carpets, stairways, and trash removal. All accessible non-carpeted floor areas must be swept or dust-mopped, and all accessible floor areas must be damp and/or wet-mopped, requiring the movement of chairs, tables, and trash receptacles.
