Event Related Products Services

The agency is seeking event related products and services for its location in Plano, TX. This includes the purchase or rental of supplies and services for graduation, athletic, celebratory, and other events. The agency requires event security staffing, decorations, photo booths, furniture rental, party equipment rental, event planning, and sound and lighting equipment services. The contract period will be for one year. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. All questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2027. The agency is looking for proposals.
