Property Management, Master Leasing, and Housing Based Supports Services

The agency is seeking property management, master leasing, and housing-based support services for rental units in Phoenix, AZ. The selected vendor will provide property and financial management, or onsite housing support services. The scope of work includes executing and enforcing city-approved leases and addendums, keeping leases current, and retaining legal counsel for evictions. The vendor will also be responsible for collecting rents and charges monthly, managing delinquent rent, and exercising lease remedies for non-payment. Services must address housing needs and barriers to housing stability for households experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of multifamily property management experience, with a preference for affordable housing experience. Staff members handling funds must hold and maintain required agency real estate licenses. The organization must be an onshore US entity.
