Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Environmental Attribute Management and Commodity Brokerage Services

The buyer requires renewable natural gas (RNG) environmental attribute management and commodity brokerage services. The selected vendor will establish the regulatory, commercial, and administrative framework to monetize RNG and its environmental attributes. The vendor will act as the agency's advisor for wastewater-derived RNG throughout all program phases, serving as the primary point of coordination for RNG commodity sales and environmental attribute markets. The vendor must maintain current knowledge of applicable programs and coordinate with relevant parties. The contract period is three years. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Proposals are requested.
