Banking and P-Card Administration Services

The agency is seeking banking and P-card administration services. This includes deposit accounts, remote deposit services, lockbox services, merchant card processing, wire transfers, ACH, API integrations, fraud prevention, a purchase card program, monthly statements, account analysis, online banking, and positive pay. The project covers both onsite and offsite performance of the work. The agency requires an onshore organization only. The optional pre-bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
