Pharmacy and Pharmacy Sublease Services

The agency is seeking pharmacy and pharmacy sublease services for its location in Lufkin, TX. The agency requires a full-time, on-site Pharmacist in Charge during city operational hours. The selected vendor will provide and bill for pharmacy services for the city, including billing the client's pharmacy benefit when insurance or third-party coverage exists for prescribed medications. The scope of work includes utilizing pharmaceutical assistance programs and cost-saving resources to reduce the financial burden on the city's medication funding budget where appropriate. The vendor must prepare and dispense medication in blister packs upon request, prepare liquid and/or dissolvable psychotropic medications as needed, and prepare and track injectable medications. The ability to provide and administer vaccines is also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA-only organizations. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
