Aircraft Services

The agency is seeking aircraft services to support surveys conducted in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The project involves low-level flights over agricultural and forested areas, with expected conditions including cell towers and waterfowl populations. Daily flight time may range from 4 to 8 hours, with an estimated total of 90 flight hours annually. The aircraft must accommodate a pilot and at least two observers. It needs a 12V or USB power source for survey recording equipment and an onboard GPS for navigation and transect line maintenance. The performance of this work will be offsite.
