The project covers the development, documentation, and implementation of processes, forms, procedures, and guidelines for determining eligibility, initiating services, providing customer service and technical assistance, and issuing payments and reimbursements. The scope includes editing and managing an information packet, conducting onboarding for eligible individuals, and managing the transition to a new payment process. The agency requires the provision of checks and/or virtual payment options for immediate expenses, as well as direct payment for ground transportation and reimbursement expenses. Continuing support involves providing direct technical assistance, assisting eligible individuals with questions and documentation submission, and developing a feedback system for input on the payment process. Logistical support for in-person meetings, including arranging and booking travel accommodations, is also requested. The agency requires a data collection process to be developed. Eligibility for bidders is limited to onshore organizations located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted onsite. The contract period will be for one year.
