RFI for Emergency Medical Support and Evacuation Services - Presolicitation

The agency is seeking emergency medical support and evacuation services for government authority personnel in Houston, TX. The agency requires comprehensive air and surface medical transport services, including medical personnel, equipment, and transportation, tailored to the condition of sick or injured travelers. The project covers worldwide travel support for travelers. Services include bedside case management, patient advocacy, medical translation and interpretation, hospital admittance and discharge assistance, guarantee of payments, repatriation of mortal remains, and reservation and call-up services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will occur onsite. The agency is looking for proposals.
