Medical Administration Services

The agency is seeking medical administration services to manage costs, optimize administrative processes, and ensure service and clinical excellence. The objective is to evaluate current costs while maintaining or improving financial performance and provider discounts, and to assess alternative administrators, networks, and service models. The project covers accurate and timely claims processing, responsive account and eligibility management, high-quality service delivery to the county and its stakeholders, and proactive management of complex and chronic conditions. The scope of work includes a comprehensive disruption analysis, offering both digital and non-digital engagement options, high-cost claim management, specialty cost management programs, and behavioral health integration with pharmacy coordination. Performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore and based in the USA. The contract period will be for two years.
