Assertive Community Engagement and Success Program Evaluation Service

The government authority in New York requires assertive community engagement and success program evaluation services. The scope includes providing practice-focused, culturally grounded evaluation of the Assertive Community Engagement and Success (ACES) Program. This evaluation will assess outreach, engagement, service delivery, retention, dosage, and participant trajectories. The goal is to generate actionable learning to improve practice and inform staff development. The evaluation will document how the program works, focusing on relational and community-based efforts supporting long-term engagement and behavior change in young people at high risk of violence involvement or victimization. The evaluation will maintain a consistent field presence and a practice-informed understanding of ACES services. It will utilize a mixed-methods design with strong qualitative, observational, and practice-analysis components, employing participant-centered and community-engaged methods. All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026. Only onshore (USA Organization Only) entities are eligible. The performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals are being sought.
