Catering, Event Rental Supply and Event Production Services

The buyer requires catering, event rental supply, and event production services. The scope includes providing and coordinating all rentals, decor, entertainment, lighting, parking, sound, staging, tents, and other client-requested items. The vendor will coordinate event setup and teardown, schedule utility walkthroughs, provide all necessary staff and equipment for planning and operations, serve all food, oversee equipment delivery, and provide an on-site contact and trained staff. Waste and recyclables must be disposed of properly. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA only) vendors. The contract period is for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals.
