The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive banking services for its operations in British Columbia. This includes daily banking, accepting various payment types such as pre-authorized payments, online banking payments, and e-transfers into member accounts. The agency also requires online banking for vendor payments, the ability to transfer funds online between member accounts, and electronic funds transfer capabilities for both payroll and vendor payments. Additional services requested include e-transfer capabilities for members, pre-authorized debits, wire transfers, and access to business tax filing services. The scope also encompasses file transfer for bulk vendor payments and easily accessible stop payment functionality within a portal. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore vendors located in Canada only. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
