RFI for Project Management Services for Banking Services Procurement and Transition Project

The City of Los Angeles, Office of Finance is seeking project management services to assist in the procurement and transition of banking services. The agency aims to establish program office infrastructure to foster cross-departmental collaboration, define organizational impacts, and track key performance indicators for success. The project includes setting up a project office to oversee transition activities, define a clear vision and roadmap, and develop a banking services sourcing strategy. The scope of desired services covers strategy development, solicitation package creation, RFP processes, contract negotiations with selected vendors, and implementation. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization. All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026. The RFI submission deadline is September 22, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online through RAMPLA at www.rampla.org.
