Fire Suppression Maintenance Services

The agency is seeking fire suppression maintenance services for its government authority located in Bridgeton, MO. The agency requires repairs, recharging, refilling, and testing of fire extinguishers in accordance with current NFPA codes. Loaner extinguishers of like protection must be provided at no charge to the agency while units are being serviced. The contractor must monitor extinguisher expiration dates and proactively schedule inspections, testing, and certification to avoid expiration. The contractor will record all existing extinguisher locations during servicing. The scope of work also includes annual inspections of FM-200 or similar systems per current NFPA/OSHA standards, and repairs to suppression systems in accordance with current NFPA codes. Complete safety reports as per NFPA/OSHA requirements are also necessary. Eligibility for this opportunity is limited to onshore (USA Only) vendors. The performance of the work will be onsite.
