Web-Based Case Management Information System Development, Implementation and Maintenance Service

The buyer requires a vendor to develop, implement, and maintain a web-based case management information system. The system must include user management with role-based permissions, child and family management with document upload capabilities, provider and service coordination tools, enrollment and licensing requirements for practitioners, service provider management, a referral process, an evaluation process with appointment scheduling and parental consent, and support for Family Information Meeting and Family Cost Participation processes. The vendor must be a US-based organization, and the work will be performed offsite. Proposals are being sought. All questions must be submitted by August 26, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2026.
