Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning system. The scope includes accounting and finance, payroll processing, engineering and capital projects, purchasing, fleet maintenance, electronic security systems, contract compliance, insurance, training, information technology, and an external collaboration portal. Eligible vendors must perform the work onshore and onsite within the USA. Vendors must submit all questions by November 20, 2026, and may submit responses digitally through email or online. Applicants must complete, sign, and include Exhibit I with their technical proposal to certify acceptance of terms or detail any requested exceptions. The commission anticipates a contract term of one year and requests budget proposals.
