Employee Intranet Services

The buyer requires employee intranet services for a government authority located in Saskatchewan. The requested scope includes software licensing, platform configuration, content and data migration, user authentication and integration, administrator and end-user training, ongoing support and maintenance, and account management. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Suppliers must submit proposals via email by November 6, 2026, before 5:00 PM SK Standard time using all provided LSKYSD documents, including a signed Submission Form (Appendix B), pricing information, and a References Form (Appendix C). The deadline for submitting questions is October 30, 2026. Proposals will undergo a two-stage evaluation. Stage I evaluates compliance with mandatory submission requirements, while Stage II scores the rated criteria and pricing information to select the highest-scoring supplier. The anticipated contract award date is December 11, 2026. Bidders are asked to provide their proposed budget in their submission.
