General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

STLVentureWorks and The Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority of St. Louis County are seeking general cleaning and janitorial services for their properties. The agency is trying to secure janitorial services for four business incubators and one office tower. The project covers cleaning of general common areas and offices, floors, bathrooms, and breakrooms. Services also include trash removal, vacuuming, quarterly window cleaning, and bi-annual baseboard cleaning. Performance of the work will be onsite at the specified locations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations only, meaning the entity must be a USA Organization. The contract period will be for one year with two successive one-year renewal options. Proposals are due by Friday, August 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST. All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals from firms able to provide some or all of the requested services.
